Our Story

Founded in 2021, HR Consultancy US was created to give organizations practical, hands-on HR support, without the cost of hiring a full-time HR team.


We built this firm around a simple belief: once you hire your first employee, HR isn’t optional. You’re responsible for pay practices, documentation, policies, benefits decisions, manager consistency, and employee issues. Without structure, small problems can quickly become costly distractions.


Our team brings 20+ years of experience across HR operations, the benefits industry, payroll support, and compliance. We’ve worked in and alongside PEO environments and understand the day-to-day realities of running HR with limited time and resources. We also support HR/Payroll technology, helping teams choose, set up, and improve the systems and workflows that keep HR running smoothly.
